  • Chase had a soccer game on Saturday so I thought I'd post a few
    pictures--He scored 3 goals---he was so excited--it was also a good
    time for teaching about being proud and  what being humble is and
    ultimately who gives us our talents and who allows us to accomplish
    things. It rained almost the whole time--it's been raining since last
    Tuesday--oh well, at least it's not snow though it is  funny how it
    feels cold to us and the temp. is 79 degrees.  When we lived in WI 79
    degrees was a scorcher I guess it just shows how you adapt.

      The pictures of Jack  are for the relatives---feel free to copy them
    guys!!  Sorry about the spit-up all over his shirt in one of them---Ken
    took that one right after he spit-up!!   None of Wes--he was sick all
    weekend!

  • I echo the comments of Jack looking just like Ken...so cute!  What are your plans for coming back for a visit...probably not for awhile?!  Rob and I will be down to visit you in Chicago in a flash if you let us know you are coming.

  • Hey, can you believe I am still on! I just checked my footprints and comments and saw that you were on and left a comment! If I weren't so sleepy I would call you right now!! It is 1:28AM our time!!! ugh! I need to go to bed! NOW!!!! I was just trying to get some emails done that I needed to...But now...it is off to bed!

    I am feeling so-so???!!! Kinda' up and down! I will feel pretty good so then I do to much and then the next day feel like poop! (sorry, but that is the best word for it!) I talked with the Dr. about some things going on and he said I had another good 4 weeks to get feeling back to "ok" Grrrr...I guess it is my insides that just feel like...hmmm...not sure what word to use to describe it...I guess just like what they did...cut stuff out! and it hurts!!! Oh, well...this too shall pass!!! Just not as soon as I would like!!!

    Oh, Sam...I need to take a trip to see you and recover! That will work right? What, just like a 16-18 or however many hour flight should do wonders for recovering right? I WISH!!!

    Love you Sam! I would love to see you at Christmas!!!! We have to make it WORK next time you are here!!! That has KILLED me the past 2 times!!! Jason is really missing Ken too as of late! It was funny because Ken called the other night...the same night that Jason said "I have to call and talk to Ken" but then for somereason he wasn't able to...Tell Ken that Jason does want to talk!!! and so do I...not to Ken though...YOU!!! :)
